WEI has been manufacturing Shale Shakers for more than 20 years.
WEI Shale shaker 2’ x 3 ½ ’, the smallest in the range of WEI Shale shakers, has a shaking basket tilting, hydraulically controlled, to allow the operator to take into account mud specific weight, viscosity and type of cuttings to separate.
Upper gates and lower open gate for Mud flow regulation are hydraulically operated also.
Maintenance operations and breakdowns have been totally deleted; there is not belting, any main shaft, any bearings and any outer cams.
The 2’ x 3 ½’ has an upper hard screen and a bottom one stainless steel, standard type.
Shock-Absorbers are metal type, equipped with anti-oil rubber silent-block (no maintenance needed).
The flow back system is used for having a better separation of solid.
WEI 2’ x 3 ½’ Shale shaker is manufactured double screens in single or double deck.
